While new to the Shenandoah Valley, they are NOT new to the real estate industry. In fact, LeeAnn started in the mortgage industry right across the border in West Virginia. Her vast background in residential lending has been a tremendous advantage in navigating the tricky financial waters of each transaction. Phillip comes from a sales background from advertising to media to billboards to real estate and his savvy negotiating prowess has propelled them to consistently being in the top 5% of one of the largest markets in the country. They are excited to learn more about their new home and even more excited to bring their expertise to home buyers and sellers!
